Return & Refund Policy – Little Crown

At Little Crown, we strive to provide high-quality kidswear that you and your little ones will love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional events may not be eligible for return unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at Supportlittlecrown@gmail.com or contact us through our customer support channels.
  • Mention your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, return pickup instructions will be shared.

5. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required details.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • We offer free return pickup for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • If a reverse pickup service is unavailable at the customer's location, the customer may be required to self-ship the product.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
